Booking & Scheduling

  • Your journey starts on the Classes Page. Choose the session that applies to your intention, select a date and time, and let the calendar open the door to our work together. You can also opt for a package and save on multiple sessions.

  • Yes. Please use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, so I can offer your time to someone else.

  • Yes — you can reserve several upcoming dates in one booking session, up to 3 moths in advance, to secure your preferred times.

Workshops & Retreats

  • Workshops are scheduled directly with me. Please contact me so we can arrange the details — whether it’s an individual session or an event for a venue, school, or other creative setting.

  • Always. I can adapt workshops for specific intentions and goals, to the space, the group, and the experience you wish to bring into being.

  • Retreats are offered seasonally and will be announced on my website and through the email newsletter. They take place in beautiful locations in Italy — some of my most treasured places.Once a retreat is announced, you can reserve your spot online with a deposit. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Full details — including itinerary, inclusions, and travel tips — will be provided upon registration.

Packages & Credits

  • Your credits become keys to the studio. You may follow my suggested pathway — designed to build depth and progression — or book freely from the Classes Page according to your own rhythm.

  • Yes. Each package carries an expiry date, noted at the time of purchase, to encourage a steady and intentional practice.

  • Packages are for individual use and can’t be split between people. If you’d like to train with a friend or family member, I can arrange a duet or small-group session instead.

Preparing for your session

  • Comfortable clothing that allows your body to breathe and move with ease., bare feet or non-slip socks, at your choice.

  • Yes — it’s a brief way for me to understand your body’s history, preferences, and needs, so I can prepare a safe and meaningful experience for you. The link will be in your confirmation email.

  • Depending on the class. I’ll let you know in advance if you’ll need any additional props.
