a seasonal women’s ritual.

6 weeks | 2 hours each session

A winter self-care practice

This winter retreat is a seasonal ritual journey created especially for women, inviting restoration and renewal during the quiet months of the year. Across a series of two-hour gatherings, each session weaves grounding somatic practices, reflective rituals, and embodied awareness into a sanctuary of presence. This is not a routine fitness program but a carefully cultivated path — more than a class, it is a refined and ongoing experience where movement, ritual, and reflection unfold together over time, offering a space for women to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

Ritual Practices for Presence & Sensuality

Through consistent practice, participants begin to notice subtle shifts — greater ease in the body, more clarity in the mind, and a stronger connection to their body and their femininity. The series becomes not only a practice of movement, but also a living ritual of renewal, inviting wellness and self-care  into daily life.

Sharing as a healthy practice.

This offering reflects both my professional path and my heritage. From somatic movement and my embodied practices, I’ve learned that true transformation comes through consistency and ritual.

From my Italian roots, I carry the belief that wellness is not only effort and discipline, but also gathering, savoring, and sharing life together. Especially for women it is important to cultivate a sacred circle, for their creative power to be expressed and cherished. Sensuality and grace come from within.

The dolce vita: sharing as ritual .

The circle concludes with a shared moment of talk and exchange accompanied by authentic Italian teas, aperitivos and refined tastings, which I personally curate and prepare. These closing moments are more than refreshments — they are part of the ritual itself, reflecting the Italian way of shared warmth presence, and community, as a nourishment for hearth and soul.
